Seven Sisters Trading Post (22719 El Camino Real) in Santa Margarita will start selling Carolyn's culinary creations, starting Tuesday, November 3. This week's menu includes: Triple Cabbage Salad (napa cabbage, red cabbage, baby bok choy, romaine lettuce, carrots, garnished with cilantro, scallions, mint, and candied sesame almonds, served with almond chili dressing) and Quinoa with Spinach and Leek Soup (quinoa, spinach, leeks, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, garlic, seasoned with tamari soy sauce and rice vinegar).
