I have discovered a beautiful new resource for all things local in SLO county. It's a new magazine published by the HopeDance folks called "Edible San Luis Obipso". This is a gem of a book featuring information about the local food and sustainability movement. We are so fortunate to live in an area where we can not only benefit from amazing fresh food year round, but fresh food that is grown within 100 miles of us or less. I savored every article and recipe in this premier issue and learned so much about what's going on and what's available to us right here on the Central Coast.
