15 hours/year on it. Almost like new, parked in a covered area. Comes with a flail mower, disc, and drag. We need to sell this because of divorce and sale of house, but I like it so much I'd love to find a way to keep it. It's so easy to drive and

maneuver! If 4-6 people could own it together (with a written contract) and buy in at $2000 or so, it seems easier to manage the $12,000 my soon-to-be-ex is asking for it.
